Hence his creation of a menu that highlights the extraordinary flavors of food from the Americas in a way that hasn’t been done before.
A new American craft eatery, inspired by the traditional classic train stations where people from all different walks of life would cross paths. Pubbelly Station is home to a menu with an ever changing combination of American flavors and ingredients, threaded throughout every dish.
Inspired by his favorite food regions in the Americas; shellfish from the North East, Argentine meat, Florida craft beer, Southern spices, Peruvian marinades and Caribbean rum, to name just a few, Chef Mendin has taken these dishes & their ingredients and given them his personal touch.
