Special Valentine’s Day Menu priced $65 per person. Menu highlights include: Kumamoto Trio; Whole Roasted Flounder – roasted sweet peppers, garlic and parsley oil; Braised Lamb Shank – licorice, confit Cipollini onions, lamb sweet breads; Passion Fruit Soup – served with rose water bubbles; Potato Fondant – maple grazed garlic, oxtail ragu and onion rings. PB Station will also offer a Bone In Dry Aged Ribeye for two for $18 and ½ bottle of Champagne Rose Laurent Perrier Brut for $40 as well as Pommery Brut Royal NV for $77.
