First Stop Collaboration Dinner

Date: Thursday May 26th

Time: 8 pm

2 Sunset Harbour Chefs, 1 Downtown Kitchen

On the evening of May 26th Chef Jose Mendin of PB Station will host the New American Eatery’s very first guest chef.

The Puerto Rican talent has invited long-time friend Chef Julianna Gonzalez of Barceloneta to collaborate. With neighboring restaurants in Sunset Harbour, the duo has joined forces, intertwining their brilliant imaginations to produce an exclusive New American family style Chef’s Choice menu.
Executive Chef, Guillermo Concho, the talent who mans the PB Station kitchen, will help bring the two chef’s menu to life and will share the Downtown platform with Chef Juliana.
A night created by two classic talents, diners will be in for a real treat and are sure to be overwhelmed by the combination of the evening’s rich New American flavors.

Tickets: $75 (plus tax & tip)

Up on the #miamirooftop – An Original G&T After Party

Once Chef Gonzalez and Chef Mendin’s PB Station collaboration draws to a close, take the short journey in the Langford hotel elevator to the 12th floor and step out into Pawn Broker’s late night G+T after party. Swing open the glazed double doors and be greeted by the panoramic views of Downtown, the classic sounds from the DJ’s vinyl tracks and taking center stage, Pawn Broker’s exclusive Gin&Tonic bar.
For one night only, Barceloneta’s renowned tastes will continue to flow into the rest of the evening, with the Sunset Harbour restaurant’s renowned G&T’s being served up all evening at the rooftop’s limited edition bar. Crafted with Spanish tonic, the original cocktails are anything but simple. A unique assortment of ingredients, Amarena cherries, flamed orange zest, rose petals and guindilla peppers are but a few of the exotic elements that ornament these Barceloneta classics.
Take a seat in the outdoor terrace, gaze out onto the exhilarating views of the city, relax to the chill music that fills the air and with a G+T in hand, have a ‘cheers’ in Downtown Miami’s classy, hidden rooftop bar.

*The After Party is not included in the purchase of the dinner. Ticket and cocktails are sold separately.
