Why it’s hot: The latest from the Pubbelly Boys empire is this New American eatery, which offers playful takes on seafood and meats in a hip, train station-inspired space at the historic Langford hotel in Downtown.

Must-Order: Any of the items on the seafood charcuterie menu (think: octopus pepperoni and rock shrimp mortadella).
