The Hottest Restaurants in Miami Right Now, May 2016
By Olee Fowler for Miami Eater
More often than not, tipsters, readers, friends and family of Eater have one question: Where should I eat right now? And while the Eater 38 is a crucial resource covering old standbys and neighborhood essentials across the city, it’s not a chronicle of the ‘it’ places of the moment. Thus, we offer the Eater Heatmap, which will change continually to always highlight where the foodie crowds are flocking to at the moment.
The qualifications for the the map is the restaurant has been around for less than 6 months and is serving up some cuisine that has the city buzzing. The restaurants are listed in this map in alphabetical order. New to the list this month are Dragonfly, PB Station and Zuuk.

The Pubbelly Boys have taken their talents off Miami Beach for their latest restaurant creation. Housed inside the new Langford Hotel, the theme for this eatery is Americana, which in Pubbelly speak means twists on classic American dishes like wagyu filet mignon with foie butter, short rib steak with red beet romesco, Thai lobster sausage.
