Richard Hales expands his local repertoire later this month with Bird & Bone in Wynwood Yard. New York City’s Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill lands in the Plymouth Hotel on South Beach this summer. The team behind Hurricane Grills & Wings prepares a new fast-casual concept, Hurricane BTW, which features burgers, tacos and wines. Sadly, Prady Balan (Balan) passed away at 59.
